I was at the back of the boat last night around three in the morning, adjusting a few things, when something fairly large and flying started bumping into me and working its way up to my head, eventually getting caught in my hair. That woke me up quickly. As I shook it loose and got a light on it, I discovered it was a dragonfly. Not sure why it chose to visit, but I let it rest, and it seems to have moved on safely. I may have a taste for adventure, but I am admittedly weak on the creepy-crawling side, especially in the dark.
From the Logbook
Strange Visit Last Night
A flying something at three in the morning, a brief panic, a flashlight, and a dragonfly that picked the wrong head to nap in.
